At Zaerine, we want you to truly love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ve made returns simple and straightforward.

Zaerine accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging and condition. If your piece came with a certificate of authenticity, it must be included with the return to qualify for a refund.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label. For returns, $10 will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you choose to exchange your item or shop for a new one, Zaerine will cover the cost of the return label.
